You can return the products within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order. - Product Condition
The products must be in their original condition, undamaged, unused, and with the original packaging. Returns of items that have been used or damaged by the customer, as well as those with broken packaging, are not accepted. - Exceptions
Products that are customized or specially ordered cannot be returned unless they are defective. - Return Procedure

- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered. - Refund
Once we receive the returned product and inspect its condition, we will refund the amount for the product within 5-7 business days. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase. - Defective Products
